Casita Maria – Casita Maria Center for Arts & Education’s mission is to empower youth and their families by creating a culture of learning through high quality social, cultural, and educational opportunities.

The POINT – The Point CDC is dedicated to youth development and cultural and economic revitalization of Hunts Point section of The Bronx.


Southern Blvd. Business Improvement District – The Southern Boulevard Business Improvement District (BID) was established to fill the vital needs of this business and neighborhood community.

BXL Business Incubator – The BXL Business Incubator is the first City-sponsored business incubator to help develop new startup businesses in the Bronx. The incubator can accommodate over 100 entrepreneurs from the Bronx and across New York City.

41st Police Precinct – 1035 Longwood Ave., Bronx, NY, 10459

The 41st Precinct encompasses a large industrial and commercial area, located in the southern half of the precinct bounded by the Bruckner Expressway and Edgewater Street. The northern half of the precinct is both commercial and residential. The 41 Precinct also includes North and South Brothers Island located in the East River. There is one main shopping area located on Southern Blvd. from Westchester Avenue to E. 163rd Street.
